Your child will be cared for by a key person who will welcome you and your child into the setting and build secure relationships with the child and their families. They will provide security, comfort and reassurance, getting to know your child well and enabling your child to gain in confidence and thrive. The key person will be responsible for building upon your child's interests and learning, planning for their next steps and monitoring and recording their progress via Tapestry our online learning journal. The key person welcomes your involvement in all aspects of your child’s well being - working together in best meeting your child’s needs.
