Temporary Premises
On Friday 10th November 2023, the nursery had to close due to safety concerns about the Bernard Sunley Hall building. We have secured temporary premises while remedial works are carried out. As of 22nd April 2024, we are operating from St Mary's Church, Church Road, Hanwell, W7 3BP.

Sticky Fingers Day Nursery
FEES AND FUNDING
Nursery fees are payable on a monthly basis in advance and calculated over 51 weeks.
Weekly fee x 51 divided by 12 months, keeping payments simple.
Early years entitlement funding
We accept Government early years entitlement funded places. This is intended to deliver the core costs associated with delivering the Government funded 15 or 30 hours to parents.
The hourly funding rate does not fund the following costs:

Additional hours over and above funded allocation

Non food consumables to be used by the child such as wipes, sun cream

Meals and snacks consumed by the child

Extra optional activities ie events, celebrations extra-curricular experiences.
30 hours childcare for eligible working families in England
Available for children aged 9 months to 4 years.
15 hours early learning for families in England, receiving some additional forms of support
For children aged 2 years receiving some additional forms of support.
15 hours childcare for all families in England
For children aged 3-4 years.
Funding is payable for 38 weeks a year term time only. Since we do not operate on a termly basis the funded hours are stretched over 51 weeks equating to 11.18 or 22.35 hours a week.
Additional hours will be charged at our hourly rate.

OUR NURSERY FEES
Our nursery offers an all-inclusive service providing for all the child’s daily needs for learning, physical and emotional well-being, health and care included in our fees.
What you get
Delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage by a team of dedicated, qualified practitioners as standard.
Meals and snacks
Meal times at Stickies are an enjoyable and relaxed part of our day. Sharing a range of meals alongside friends with their keyworker provides many opportunities to support children’s learning and development.

Developing independence, confidence and choice in self-serving their meals.

Practicing physical skills in using cutlery.

Care consumables
All your child’ s essential hygiene supplies ie. Wet wipes, tissues, sun cream, bedding, laundry.
Additional resources and activities to enhance the child’s enjoyment of nursery life and parental engagement
These resources and experiences augment the early years statutory requirements that all early years settings must deliver.

Story sack lending. Children are able to borrow a story sack to share and enjoy with their family at home

Professional road safety training.

TastEd sensory food play programme. This programme offers opportunities for food exploration and supports children’s developing food preferences

Local trips such as parks, bus rides or visiting the train station with enhanced adult ratios.

Visitors to nursery as and when can be arranged.

Online learning journal app for parents to share their child’s achievements.

Parties to celebrate children’s personal events such as birthdays or leaving the setting, enhancing their feelings of being special and valued by us.

Cultural events such as Diwali, Chinese new year., Eid, Christmas and Easter festivals are explored within the EYFS but the provision of festivities, resources, dishes and parties are an additional feature that provide opportunities for children to experience a range of foodstuffs from around the world.
Opting in to our offer means that you and your child will benefit from all of the above included in your fee.
Opting out
Opting out Is only applicable to funded placements.
Should you choose to opt out of these services you will be required to provide all food and care consumables daily and additional benefits will not be available.
